Last updated: 2026-08-22. These terms apply to AI-visibility audit and monitoring services ("Services") sold under the AI Visibility Audit name by Gabriel Homoky ("we", "us"), Hungary.
An order is confirmed when you accept a written quote (email is fine) and pay the deposit. The quote states the scope (number of questions, assistants, competitors, markets), price and delivery date. Anything not in the quote is out of scope.
For one-time audits, 50% of the price is due before work starts and 50% on delivery. Monitoring is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled for any following month. Payment by card or bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP. Prices exclude VAT; for business customers outside Hungary the reverse-charge rule or the out-of-scope rule applies and no Hungarian VAT is charged. An invoice is issued for every payment.
The Service records answers given by third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude) to questions we ask on the dates stated in the report, and analyses those answers. Assistant answers vary by session, location, account and model version. The report is a dated snapshot and an expert opinion on what to change. We do not guarantee that your brand will appear, rank or be recommended in any AI assistant, search engine or other system, and we have no relationship with or influence over the operators of those systems.
You confirm that the brand names, competitor names and category descriptions you give us may be used for the Service. We only use public information and public assistant interfaces; we never access your accounts.
You receive a web report and a PDF as stated in the quote, plus the recorded answers. One round of clarification questions is included. If the delivered audit does not contain the scope stated in the quote, we complete it at no charge; if that is not possible, the deposit is refunded.
On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, copy and share the report inside your organisation and with your agencies. Recorded assistant answers are quotations of third-party output and are provided for analysis; their reuse is subject to the respective assistant's terms. Our question banks, templates, tooling and method remain ours.
The Service necessarily uses AI assistants as the subject of measurement, and we use software to tabulate mentions. Every answer is read and every recommendation is written and reviewed by a person. Reports carry the note "AI-assisted, human-reviewed".
Our total liability under an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, lost profits or decisions you take based on the report.
Hungarian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that may apply to you.
