What we process and why

• Business contact data of marketing and company leaders (name, company, role, business email, company website). Source: the company's own website (press, contact and team pages), public business directories and public professional profiles. Purpose: to send you one short, personalised message about an AI-visibility snapshot we prepared for your company, and to follow up at most once. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in offering a relevant business service to the people responsible for marketing at that company. We balance this interest by writing only to published business addresses, about their own company, with an easy opt-out.
• Public information about companies (brand names, categories, competitor names, and the answers third-party AI assistants give about them). Purpose: preparing snapshots and audits. This is company information, not personal data, except where a company name is a person's name.
• Client data (contact details, order details, invoices). Purpose: performing the contract and meeting accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Retention: as required by Hungarian accounting law (8 years for invoices).
• Website: this site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics scripts. Sample pages send an anonymous view counter (no IP, no identifier) to our own counter. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes technical request data (IP address, user agent) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Opting out

Reply "no" to any message, or email gabriel@automating.space, and we will stop contacting you and delete your contact record within 5 working days. We keep your email address on an internal suppression list only to make sure we do not contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time. Write to the address above. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Hungary this is the NAIH (naih.hu).

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and email routing, USA/EU), Resend (email sending, USA), Google (email), Stripe and Wise (payments, when used). Data may be transferred outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Sample snapshots on this site are prepared from public information and are labelled as samples. If you represent a company used in a sample and want it removed, email us and it is taken down within 24 hours.
